Likitar ta ce akwai mutanen da ke ɗauke da wasu cututtuka tun farko, amma yanayin sanyi kan kara dagula musu lamarin.
“Asthma na daga cikin cututtukan da sanyi kan tsananta, musamman idan mutum ya shaƙi ƙura,” a cewarta.
Ta ce yanayin sanyi na janyo raguwa a danshin jiki, wanda hakan kan raunana garkuwar jiki, lamarin da ke haddasa samun matsala ga masu fama da cutar sikila.
Masana na ba da shawarar mutane su kula da suturarsu, musamman a lokacin da iska ke da tsananin sanyi.
Farfesa Isa Sadiq Abubakar, kwararren likita a AKTH, ya ce “Ya kamata a rufe jiki sosai. Sanya hula, ɗan kwali ko murfi yana taimakawa wajen rage shigar sanyi cikin jiki.”
Ya ƙara da cewa takunkumin fuska na taimakawa musamman ga mutanen da ke da cututtukan numfashi, domin rage shakar ƙura.
Ya kuma ja hankalin iyaye da su kula da yadda yara ke sa kaya tare da tabbatar da suna cin abinci mai gina jiki domin ƙarfafa lafiyarsu.
“Lokacin sanyi ba lokaci ne mai daɗi ba ga kayan jiki. Kariya ce hanya mafi sauƙi da tasiri,” in ji shi.
